The learned A.P.P. submits that the trial court has framed the charge. If the trial is commenced by framing of charge, I am not inclined to consider the application for bail on merits. The trial court is now seized with the matter and thus it is not appropriate on the part of this Court to make any observations on merits of the matter. This bail application is thus hereby rejected. However, the trial court is hereby directed to decide the case as expeditiously as possible within a reasonable time.
