DATE : 6th November, 2017 ORAL ORDER:

The respondent concedes that he shall bear expenses of Rs.4,000/- per date, for attending the proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No.79 of 2017, pending in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel, by the applicant. The statement is accepted.

The respondent initially shall deposit amount of Rs.8,000/- , within a period of three weeks from today, before the Court at Panvel in the aforesaid proceedings, of which the said Court shall permit withdrawal of Rs.4,000/- on each date, when the present applicant attends proceedings, towards travel and other incidental expenses.

The respondent also undertakes to deposit Rs.4,000/- on each date, till conclusion of the trial. The statement is accepted as an undertaking. A single default on the part of the respondent, in depositing the amount as aforesaid, shall result in granting the prayer made in the present application in terms of prayer clause (B).

Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of in terms of above directions.
