Present petition has been filed for directions to decide the representations of petitioner dated 21.04.2023, 20.09.2021 and 23.04.2018 for regularizing the encroachment made by him on Government land i.e. gairan at Gat No.39 Narayanpur (Kh), Tq. Gangapur, Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

Learned AGP waives notice for all respondents. The representations appeared to have been addressed to

920_WP_11134_2025 respondent No.4, however, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that powers are with respondent No.3.

We dispose of writ petition by directing respondent No.3 to call representations dated 21.04.2023, 20.09.2021 and 23.04.2018 made by present petitioner to Tahsildar within a period of one week and then decide them on its own merits, within a period of 90 days from today.
