The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner No. 2 is pending with the respondent No. 2. Same is not yet decided.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner No. 2 (page Nos. 25 and 28) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
