Learned counsel for the applicant submits that copy of present civil application has already been served on respondent. He further submits that applicant could not make deposit as directed by this court under order dated 04-08-2015 for the reasons as have been contained in the civil application and now requests for extension of time to deposit the same and for further continuation of interim relief granted by this court under order dated 04-08-2015.

In view of aforesaid, request is reasonable, and as such, time to deposit first installment of Rs.50,000/- shall be considered to have been deferred till next Friday i.e.11-09-2015.
