The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 75/2015 for the punishable under Section 328 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 65(e) of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949, committed on 16/07/2015.

The accusation against the present applicant that she was brewing and carrying business of illicit liquor by using impermissible material like urea fertilizers and banned chemical i.e. Navsagar, etc. After raid was conducted by the investigating agency,

In view thereof, having regard to the nature of allegations against the applicant in F.I.R. and the effect of consumption of illicit (spurious) liquor on the member of the society, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to reject the application.
