DATE : AUGUST 09, 2023 ORDER :- The petitioner has been granted 28 days' furlough. He is expected to surrender to the prison today itself. He has placed on record a medical certificate, advising him further rest for 15 days. He, therefore, seeks extension of time to surrender back to the prison. 2.

Learned APP has strong reservations to grant the petitioner time to surrender to the prison.

On humanitarian ground, we grant the petitioner time of 10 (ten) days to surrender back to the prison. This 10 (ten) days period shall be treated as medical parole.

The petition stands disposed of.
