Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties.

Shri. Talekar, learned Counsel has relied upon the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Ajay Kumar Choudhary Versus Union of India Through its Secretary and Another reported in (2015) 7 SCC 291, which is in respect of suspension of the Government Servant 3.

In light of the aforesaid judgment, we think that the ld. Tribunal would expedite the hearing of the Original Application and dispose of the same expeditiously.
