Mr.Joshi, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has given proposal on 10.6.2010 for opening and running new English Medium Primary School from I to IV standard. The same is not yet decided, though the proposal is recommended by the District and State level Committee. The proposal is to start the said

Considering the fact that the proposal is pending since 2010, we direct the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take decision upon the said proposal on its own merits in accordance with law preferably by end of April, 2018. The said proposal be considered for academic year 2018-19. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
