It has not yet been decided finally and by communication dated 27.5.2025 again the same Education Officer has written a letter to the respondent no.2 that they have not yet received the order on the proposal that was submitted on 29.11.2024.

Issue notice to the Respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2, and, upon instructions from the respondent no.2, makes a statement that the said proposal was forwarded on 29.11.2024 to the respondent no.2 and the respondent no.2 would decide the same within a period of
