This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of petitioner Nos. 1 , 3 and respondent No. 6 on record. The petitioners are from Adiwasi community and are illiterate. For the reasons mentioned in the application, for condonation of delay, the delay is condoned. Application is allowed. The petitioners are permitted to bring the legal heirs of petitioner Nos. 1, 3 and respondent No. 6 on record. Amendment be carried out within three weeks from today. Petitioners to supply copies of the petition so as to enable to registry to issue notice.

In the main matter, issue notice to legal heirs of respondent No. 6, returnable on 1.3.2023.
