The time to deposit the amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 16.09.2014 is over. These are the applications filed seeking extension of time to deposit the amount and continuation of stay.

The learned counsel for the non applicant opposes the

Considering the difficulties expressed in applications, the civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". Time to deposit the amount is extended by two (2) weeks from today. In case the amount is deposited within a period of two weeks from today, the stay granted by this Court on 16.09.2014 shall continue to operate. The civil applications are disposed of.
