Unreasonable prayer is made by the petitioner. The petitioner is approaching this Court on 30th September, 2021, seeking direction against the caste verification committee to decide the validation proceeding immediately. Though the petitioner was issued the caste certificate on 12th August 2013, the petitioner submitted proposal for verification of the caste before scrutiny committee only in January 2021 and now at 11th hour seeking direction against the committee to decide the validation proceeding immediately.

It would not be possible to issue any positive directions against the committee to decide the proceeding within a stipulated period.

The committee, if it is possible, may consider the request of the petitioner for deciding it expeditiously considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to professional course.

The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 4th October, 2021.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
