In spite of service of notice, there is no appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 - acquiring body. It is informed that, in similarly placed matters, delay was condoned and the matters have been settled in Lok Adalat way back in 2018. These are said to be left out matters. There is delay ranging from 2617 days to 3751 days in
preferring all these appeals. Moreover, the appeals were filed way back in May 2017, whereas same were circulated for the first time in September 2021. In view of the same, if the appeals are to be allowed or settled, the applicants/ appellants shall not be entitled for the component of interest for the delayed period in preferring the appeals and also for the delay of little over four and half years in seeking circulation of these applications. Therefore, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Delay condoned. Appeals be registered.

On registration of appeals, notice be issued to respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the appellants requested to place these appeals before the ensuing Lok Adalat. Place the mattes before the ensuing Lok Adalat on 11th December 2021.
