It is a case of composite negligence. In connected matter, the Court has permitted to withdraw entire amount in deposit. Here, the amount in deposit is not more than Rs.Three Lakhs. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount in deposit with this Court, without interest accrued. 3.

The amount be transferred to M.A.C.T, Beed, to be paid to the applicants there, upon furnishing usual undertaking by them. 4.
