Issue notice to the respondents, Mr. Patil waives service for respondents in all these appeals, who are the original claimants in the respective land acquisition references. 2.
Heard Shri Sangle, the learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body and Shri Patil for the original claimants. Delay of 636 days has occurred in filing the present appeals. For the reasons stated in the application which according to me are just and sufficient. The delay deserves to be condoned. Shri Patil learned counsel for the original claimants has also not seriously opposed for condoning the delay. Hence the following order.
ORDER
i) The applications are allowed.
ii) Delay is condoned iii) Appeal be registered in accordance with law. iv) All civil applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

The execution of the award impugned in the present appeals, shall stand stayed subject to deposit of entire amount under each of the said award along with interest accrued thereon by the acquiring body in this court within ten weeks from the date of this order. All civil applications for stay stands disposed of. 4.
Issue notice to respondents in all first appeals, Mr. Patil,
waives service for respondents in all these matters. Place the matter for admission after vacation.
