On hearing learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, by order dated 26th October, 2018, simple notice was issued to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 making the same returnable after ten weeks and in response to the notice, learned A.G.P. placed on record the communication

( 2 ) dated 29th May, 2019.

Perusal of the communication dated 29th May, 2019 show that in view of the order of this Court, amount is released in favour of the petitioners against due and payable amount towards scale of trained teachers subject to certain conditions, namely, certain administrative formalities.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners admits that the communication/order dated 29th May, 2019 is a due compliance of the order of this Court and grievance no more survives.

In view of this fact, the petition is disposed of.
