DATE : NOVEMBER 28, 2018 PER COURT The petitioner seeks directions that respondent nos.1 to 4 should take necessary action against respondent nos.5 and 6 for giving incorrect and false information of the staff.

The contention of the petitioner is that certain appointments were made during the period of ban

16-wp9255 and salary is being drawn by such employees. Those employees are not parties to this Writ Petition. 3.

It is the cardinal principle that no adverse order can be passed against a person behind his back. In the light of that, we are not inclined to consider the merits of the matter. It is for the Education Officer to consider, at the time of granting approval to the appointments of such employees, about adherence of the necessary procedure.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
