Mr. Kataria, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the Government Resolution dated 09.04.2021 the petitioner' s grievance would stand redressed. The respondents be directed to implement the same expeditiously.

The learned A.G.P. also submits that the grievance raised by the petitioner would be covered under the Government Resolution dated 09.04.2021.

In view of that, the benefits flowing from the Government Resolution dated 09.04.2021 be accorded to the petitioner as
