Heard Mr. Chavan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Navandar, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. It is not disputed by either of the parties that, the petitioners are similarly situated as petitioners in Writ Petition No. 11131 of 2014 decided by this Court vide judgment and order dated 22nd July, 2015. As such for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 22nd July, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 11131 of 2014 we follow the same course.

The respondents shall not revise/refix the pay scale of petitioners pursuant to the impugned circular, nor any recovery shall be claimed against the petitioners pursuant to the impugned communication.

The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs. 4.

In case some amount is recovered by respondents pursuant to impugned circular of the State Government and the university of the year 2012, the respondents shall refund the same to petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of six

(06) months from today.
