1] The present Civil Application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1A, by condoning delay caused in filing the First Appeal. 2] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. The applicant nos.1-AA to 1-AC are permitted to be brought on record by condoning delay in filing the application as there is no objection. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

13719.23CA 3] The learned counsel for the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.1A submits that the applicant no.1AA has also expired and he would file pursis to that effect in the registry. The learned counsel further submits that the legal heirs of the applicant no.1-AA are already brought on record and no further application is necessary for bringing the legal heirs of deceased applicant No.1AA on record. He would file pursis in the registry in that regard and Vakalatnama for respondent nos.1 AB and 1-AC. 4] List this Writ Petition for admission hearing on 18th December, 2023.
