Learned A.G.P., appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1Scrutiny Committee, on instructions, states that the proposal submitted by the petitioner for verification of his tribe certificate, which is pending with the Scrutiny Committee since last three years, will be decided by tomorrow. The petitioner, who is presented in the Court, assures to cause appearance before the Scrutiny Committee tomorrow i.e. 29.08.2018 at 11.00 a.m.

In view of above, the Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the proposal by tomorrow and shall hand over copy of the order to the petitioner.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
