1) Seen the report of the learned Sessions Judge and also the Judicial Magistrate, Nanded. It appears that necessary things are done and procedure is followed and the matter is now listed for passing order. In view of these developments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was interested only in early decision of the matter or some order in the matter and as there are
