The petitioners / APMC are aggrieved by the interlocutory order dated 16/04/2019 passed by the Industrial Court, Latur, by which, application Exhibit U-2 filed in Complaint (ULP) Nos. 276/2018 and 277/2018, have been partly allowed and the petitioners are directed not to terminate the services of the original complainants during the pendency of the complaints without following the due procedure of law.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners has strenuously criticized the impugned orders and has relied upon the 11 grounds formulated in the memo of the petitions. 3.

Having considered the said grounds and the impugned orders, I do not find that the said orders could be termed as being perverse or erroneous or likely to cause grave injustice to the petitioners.

These petitions, being devoid of merit are, therefore, dismissed.
