2] For the reasons recorded in the Application, Application is allowed. The order passed by Registrar on 15/1/2018 refusing registration of the Writ Petition is set aside. The petitioner is directed to remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today.

3] In the event of failure, the order passed in the instant Civil

-2Application shall be deemed to have been recalled. Delay if any in presenting application stands condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.5000/- payable by petitioner. The amount shall be deposited to the office of High Court Legal Services Authority, Aurangabad within three weeks from today.
