The substantive appeal no. 2018/ROR/A/CR-87 filed by the petitioners under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, is pending before the Additional Collector. The petitioners have challenged the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer, dated 17.05.2018, before the Additional Collector. 3.

Since this petition cannot be directly entertained by this Court, the same is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to file an application before the Additional Collector, Latur, if they are
