When the matter called out, the learned Advocate submits, on instructions, that the appellant desires to withdraw this appeal with liberty to renew his request for regular bail after the testimony of the informant is recorded.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed off as withdrawn. After the testimony of the informant and her husband is recorded before the trial Court, the appellant may renew his request for regular bail.

Since we had appointed Miss Namde, learned Counsel to conduct this brief on behalf of respondent No. 2, we quantify her fees at Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) to be paid by the High Court Legal Services, Sub-committee, Aurangabad.
