In view of the contents of the application and the submissions made the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order of the learned Registrar Judicial is set aside. The matter is restored to its original number. Learned counsel for the applicant has undertaken to remove the office objections prior to 23/10/2015. If the objections are not removed it is to be treated that the present application is is dismissed.
