We have heard Mr. Chincholkar, learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has the shares of Marathwada Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Dongarkada. The said factory is sold out. The price of the share of the petitioner would be now zero. 2.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has applied to the liquidator.

It is for the petitioner to prosecute the same, in case, the said application is tenable before the respondent No. 2. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
