These applications are filed seeking vacation of stay order passed by this Court in favour of the appellant. It is stated that only 50% of the Ethape

( 2 ) 13-CA-9618-2025 amount of compensation is deposited in the office of this Court. Since the remaining amount is not deposited, the claimants have prayed for stay be vacated.

Instead of vacating the stay, it would be appropriate for this Court to direct the respondent-appellant to deposit the remaining amount of 50% alongwith interest as on today within a period of 12 weeks from today.

With this, applications are disposed off.

Needless to say that the applicant is at liberty to pray for withdrawal of the amount.
