After having considered the strenuous submissions, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he would take instructions from the petitioner-Chair person / Secretary and shall make a statement as to when the petitioner will vacate the suit premises. Hence, adjourned beyond lunch recess. 2.

At the stroke of lunch recess, Shri Patil, learned advocate for the petitioner mentioned the matter and prayed for nine months time to vacate the premises. I

As such, I am directing the petitioner, after recording his statement, that he would vacate the premises, to do so within three months from today. Had the respondent been present before the Court, I would have been inclined to grant the same period to the petitioner. Hence, notice is not issued.

This petition is therefore disposed off. The statement recorded on instructions that the petitionersociety will now vacate the premises within three months from today, shall be a statement made to the Court and the petitioner is duty bound to abide by the same.
