In view of aforesaid undertaking and reasons as stated in paragraph no.3 of application, the application is allowed in term of prayer clause 'B and C' subject to condition that the applicant removes office objection within a period of two weeks from today.

In case of failure to remove office objections within stipulated period, order of learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 28.4.2025 shall govern the proceeding.
