The Applicants in both these Civil Applications seek condonation of delay of 25 days in filing these applications seeking restoration of both the Writ Petitions which were refused registration by the order of the Registrar dated 18.07.2016 on account of non removal of office objections.

It is submitted that office objections would be removed within

Considering the above and for the reasons stated in the Civil Applications, the same are allowed. Since delay is minor, the same is condoned. The costs are not imposed as the learned Advocate submits that it was his mistake. The order of the Registrar dated 18.07.2016 is set aside on the condition that the Applicants/ Petitioners shall remove all office objections in both these petitions within THREE WEEKS from today. Only after the office objections are removed, the Writ Petitions shall be registered.

In the event, the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled, the order of the Registrar shall stand restored and then these Civil Applications shall stand rejected. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
