By this Civil Application, the Applicants pray for condonation of delay of 22 days for bringing a legal heir of the deceased Respondent No.1 (Veronica Prem Kumar) on record in the writ petition. For the reasons set out in the application and the fact that delay of 22 days cannot be termed as being inordinate or deliberate, this Civil Application is allowed.
