The application is filed seeking leave to serve respondent Nos. 7, 8, 10 to 14 and 16 to 22 by paper proclamation in local news paper on the ground that, the notices of the said respondents have been returned with an intimation that the said respondents are not residing on the given address. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the
