It appears that the aforesaid HMP Petition, which was the subject matter of present Contempt Petition, has been disposed of by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dhule. Therefore, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Contempt Petition, being infructuous, can be disposed of.
