Appellant Namdeo @ Babasaheb s/o Raghunathrao Muley and respondent Kaveri w/o Namdeo Bappasaheb Muley are personally present in the Court.

By filing pursis supported by their respective affidavits, they have prayed for considering this application for divorce by mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

Learned counsel of both parties are also present before this Court and they have identified their respective parties.

Parties have also made statements before this Court that they want mutual divorce.

Therefore, compromise is recorded. Appeal is disposed in terms of pursis marked as Exhibit 'X'. 6.

Decree passed by the District Judge - 3, Jalna in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 70 of 2008 be modified in terms of compromise pursis exhibit 'x'. 7.

Appeal is disposed of in above said terms.
