The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval for appointment of one person as a Shikshan-Sevak (page 15 and 19) is pending with the Education Officer. Same is not tet decided.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of Shikshan Sevak, moved bt the petitioners (page 19) is pending with respondent No.2 then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiouslt preferablt within four months.
