Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned counsel for respondent No.3. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the matter between the applicants and respondents is settled before the Lok Adalat. Respondent No.3 has deposited award amount before this Court. Hence, applicants be permitted to withdraw the said amount alongwith accrued interest thereon.
