This matter was not on board. At 10.30 a.m. the learned Advocate for the petitioner expressed a grave urgency. Therefore, notwithstanding the objections in the matter, the same has been listed at 2.30 p.m. on the production board. 2.

This Court at the Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition No. 5362/2017 in the matter of Vishwanath Marotrao Ganjre Vs. Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Amravati, by order dated 28/08/2018, has held that the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar under the Maharashtra Money -Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 is subject to the remedy under

This Court has also passed similar orders in Writ Petition Nos. 6612, 6646 and 8264 of 2019 on 10.6.2019. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the revisional authority. 5.
