FINAL ORDER :- The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions states that, validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioners would be decided by the Committee within a period of six months from today. 2.

In view of the statement made, we pass following order :- 3.

The Respondent No.2/Committee shall decide the validation proceedings within a period of four(04) months from today as the vigilance Inquiry of the petitioners is already completed and reply is also received. The petitioners

(2) shall appear before the Committee on 4th December, 2017. 4.

Till the validation proceedings are decided, the respondent No.3 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioners only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. The respondent No.3 can take further course of action against the petitioners depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
