Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel submits that the Scrutiny Committee directed issuance of caste certificate of Bhope (V.J.N.T.) to the real brother of the petitioners. The said order was

2 wp 10057.19+ placed before the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer still rejected the applications. The petitioner in Writ Petition No. 10057 of 2019 is in need of caste certificate to protect his admission in D.Pharmacy.

The orders are passed by the Sub Divisional Officer on 10.06.2019. The petitioners could have approached the committee. It is not that the orders have been passed just a couple of days back and the petitioners require the certificates immediately.

The petitioners may file an appeal before the committee. The committee on receipt of the appeal shall decide the said appeal within a period of seven (07) days. Naturally, it will consider the order passed by the committee in case of the brother of the petitioners.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
