1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits respondent No.5 had contested election from Ward No.1, wherein, same was reserved for OBC female. The petitioner contested for the post of Sarpanch which is reserved for OBC female. Learned counsel relies on the reservations meant for Ward No.1.

2] It would be seen that there were 2 posts in Ward No.1. Respondent No.5 contested for the post meant for OBC female and was elected and thereafter, has filled in the nomination for the post of Sarpanch, which is reserved for OBC female.
