The grievance of the petitioner is that her proposal for permanent approval on the post of Assistant Teacher (Exh.E) is pending before respondent no.3 - Education Officer. However, the said proposal has not been decided as yet.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is required to be considered and decided in view of the law laid down by this Court in the case of Sou. Revati Kusha Wagh & anr. vs. The State of Maharashtra & anr. in Writ Petition No.10580 of 2015, decided on 9th March, 2017.

In view thereof, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said proposal keeping in view the law laid down in the matter of Sou. Revati Kusha Wagh & anr. (supra). Let the decision be taken by the third respondent on the said proposal as above as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
