According to the petitioner, the petitioner's appointment as Shikshan Sevak from 15.06.2012 was approved for a period of three years. Thereafter, proposal was sent for permanent approval. The same is pending and not decided as yet. 2.

According to the learned Additional Government Pleader the posts were reduced for the academic year 2014-2015. As such the petitioner could not be issued with continuation order. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the Government Resolution dated 10.06.2005 and submits that, the

2 wp 10394.17 authority ought to have taken steps in accordance with said Government Resolution.

As according to the respondents, posts have been subsequently reduced in the year 2014-2015, the respondent authority may take steps as per G. R. dated 10.06.2005 (page 64) Exhibit R - 2 expeditiously and pass appropriate orders preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
