The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the limited grievance of the petitioner is that the amount of compensation as per the award passed in November 2020 is not paid to the petitioner. 2.

In case the petitioner is entitled to the compensation amount as per the award and the award as contended by the petitioner is in force, then naturally the respondents will have to make payment of compensation in accordance with the award to the persons entitled to as per the award expeditiously.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
