Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. Mr. Shingare, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner has subsequently given representation on 16.09.2014 and 18.02.2015 to consider the case of the petitioner for cancellation of the transfer and to give him the posting at a particular place. 2.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3/Zilla Parishad states that, if the representations are pending, then the same would be decided in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order. 4.
