This is an application for withdrawal of amount. The learned counsel for respective parties agree that in this application, this Court has not passed any order with regard to withdrawal of amount. In another application this Court has allowed the withdrawal of amount on certain conditions. 2.

In the light of that, I pass following order.

The applicant is allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited without any security. The applicant is further allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited on submitting solvent security/surety of the like amount. The applicant is also allowed to withdraw remaining 50% of the amount on furnishing Bank guarantee of any scheduled bank. The civil application is disposed of.
