1] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] The grievance of the petitioner is that though a proposal dated 4.8.2014 has been submitted by the respondent nos.3 & 4 to the Education Officer - respondent no.2 (Exhibit G) for grant of approval to the petitioner's appointment initially as Shikshan Sevak and thereafter as Assistant Teacher on regular basis, the said proposal has not been considered and decided by the respondent no.2 as yet.

WP 10153/17 - 2 - 3] Having regard to the aforesaid aspects, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no.2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said proposal (Exhibit G) as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4] The petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
