Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

This court finds that this petition is arising out of interim maintenance passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Jalna wherein the learned court has directed to pay Rs.25,000/- per month to the respondents. Looking to the income of the petitioner this court finds that no interference is required at this stage.

Learned advocate for the petitioner further prays for direction to the trial court to dispose of the main proceeding i.e. Petition No. E-27/2019 which is pending before the Family Court, Jalna.

As the petition is pending since 2019, it would be appropriate to request the learned Family Court, Jalna to make an endevour to dispose of the petition as early as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today. 5.

In view of above, the criminal writ petition stands disposed off.
